Why we use it
We use this data to respond to enquiries, qualify and manage business relationships, send personalised meeting invitations and service emails, arrange commercial follow-up within the stated timeframe, maintain CRM records, prevent misuse and measure website performance.
Lawful bases
Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to professional enquiries and developing our business, legal obligations, and consent where required.
CRM, email and calendar services
Form data may be transmitted to contracted providers used for customer relationship management, transactional email, calendar scheduling and website automation. Tracking identifiers may be attached to CRM and transactional events so that the source and status of a request can be understood.
